Throughout my professional career, I have been committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness. I believe that trust and integrity are the foundation of success in any industry, and I strive to lead by example in this regard.

As a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa's Finance program (Go Panthers!), I learned the fundamental principles of business that have guided my career. Over the years, I have held various positions of increasing responsibility in the business industry, including 15 years of management-level experience. Currently, I serve as a board director for UnityPoint Health and Grow Cedar Valley, where I am honored to contribute to the community’s health and economic development.

One of my top priorities is community integration. I believe that businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities they serve, and I am proud to have actively contributed in this area throughout my career. In recognition of this commitment, I was honored as a young entrepreneur in the 2024 Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame and selected as one of The Courier's 20 under 40 in 2022, an award that highlights young professionals making a positive impact in the Cedar Valley.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters. We love going for walks, bike rides, and finding new ways to explore and enjoy our community.
